NALA Selects Zeimetz as New Executive Director

ZeimetzNALA, Inc., has announced the selection of Greta Zeimetz, CAE, as NALA Executive Director.  She will assume her duties on June 1.

Zeimetz succeeds Marge Dover, CAE. After June 1, Dover will remain on staff to assist with the transition and will retire August 31 after a 40 year tenure with NALA.

“NALA has an industry wide reputation for service to members and affiliated associations, and offering quality certification and CLE programs for all paralegals.  To continue our mission, it was important to select an executive qualified to carry on that proud tradition,” said Kelly LaGrave, ACP,  President. “NALA unanimously selected Zeimetz with an eye on the future to help us continue to meet the needs of paralegals around the world and the clients and firms they serve.”

Most recently, Zeimetz served as Director of Education and Research for the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP). Prior to joining NATP, she served as Manager of Training & Development for Thrivent Financial, and Sr. Staff Analyst for Compuware.

Zeimetz is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She earned a Master’s degree from Silver Lake College and a Bachelor’s degree from University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point. She currently resides in Appleton, WI with her children, but will be transitioning to Tulsa at the end of May.
